On November 6, 2018, Associate Starr Brookins served as a Hearing Officer with Hillsborough County and presided over appeals related to the issuance of public vehicle drivers’ licenses in order to ensure that our communities are kept safe, while also ensuring that everyone is provided with an opportunity to be heard.
