KAREN A. BARNETT

Karen Barnett is Of Counsel with Chistolini & Brennan. She is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar, and has tried over 135 cases around the State of Florida. Karen obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree from Stetson University College of Law, and her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida.
Karen was appointed by the Florida Supreme Court to serve on their Committee on Standard Jury Instructions in Civil Cases in 2010 and was reappointed to serve a second term in June 2013. Karen is currently a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar Association, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, and was a founding member of the Medical Claims Defense Network in 1994. She continues to sit on its Board of Directors.
