Paul is a seasoned trial attorney and litigator, with more than two decades of experience. In that time, he has tried nearly 100 cases before juries in state and federal courts. His practice has included injury and casualty cases of all types, products liability, first party property claims, and business disputes. He also maintains a robust appellate practice.
Paul is admitted to practice in Florida, Alabama, the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit court mediator.
Paul is married to the beautiful Lisa Ann Chistolini, and they have three daughters, Ella, Eason, and Emme.
